I’ve had good intentions to write to you, and today is the day.
I wanted to let you know that working with your company, yourself and Zack and Brent has been a great experience. I am pleased with the workmanship, the attention to detail as well as the great customer service you have all provided. While at the job site, both Zack and Brent took time to talk with me, explain the processes, help me understand what products are best and why so and simply helped make good choices and good decisions for the remodel of my bathroom.
Our annual Homeowner Association meeting was this past week, 9/14. I took the opportunity when asked what had happened in my unit, to not only share the water damage problem, but to share with them the great experience I had working with you.
I also let the Property Management group (Kappes-Miller/Bryce Kennedy) know that I was very pleased with the whole process.
Zack and Brent mentioned there had been some complaints about “tidiness” – those did not come from me, as every single evening the premises were as tidy and cleaned up as they possible could be. I think the complaints were probably made by the same 2 or 3 people (and this is my opinion) who tend to complain about everything. Wait until the buildings have all the siding ripped off.
Again, wonderful working with you and I may be getting back with you, once all the exterior work has been done to have you paint the inside of my unit.
